Detectives are investigating incidents where victims were targeted by a man on a bike. The Metropolitan Police has shared an E-fit image of the suspect, described as having dark hair and wearing a green hoodie. The investigation started with reports on November 25. Local residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any information to assist in identifying the suspect.
DC Cathy Ellis stated, "We've issued an E-Fit of a man we need to identify and speak with as part of our ongoing investigation."
