Met Police attending more robberies as fewer officers deal with mental health call-outs

The Met is now attending far fewer call-outs where mental health is a factor, resulting in 6,000 fewer deployments monthly, enabling more focus on violent crime.

Officers are responding to 18% more robbery calls, getting to victims faster, and spending 21% more time with victims of various crimes compared to last year.
