Met Police arrested ten more people in connection with last week's far-right disorder, focusing on violent behavior and criminal backgrounds rather than protest intentions.
Commissioner Rowley emphasized the arrested individuals were not protesters but 'thugs and criminals' with previous convictions, using protests as a cover for violence.
Around 70% of those arrested had prior convictions for weapon possession, violence, drugs, and other serious offenses, including football banning orders.
