Meet the teenager hiking London Underground routes
Briefly

"I'll just look on a map and see what is doable within a day," Jai said. The student has covered six of the 11 Underground lines so far, and his first line was the Victoria line which started his journey to exploring the capital on foot.
"Walking was a great hobby and I had received messages from people who asked to join me. My top tip for others wanting to complete the challenge is to be resilient." Jai noted the importance of perseverance during his routes.
"After my post about the Bakerloo line blew up, I thought: 'Why don’t I just walk the whole of London?' This passion for public transport turned into a broader walking challenge for Jai.
"This is just the start. I know a lot about trains, but I am obsessed with buses, so I would love to cover the bus routes next." Jai’s ambition keeps expanding beyond the Underground.
