A man, Adam Baillie, 38, from Harrow, has been charged with sexual assault after an alleged attack on a child under the age of 13. The charges also include kidnap and assault (ABH), relating to an incident on April 19.
Baillie appeared in Willesden Magistrates' Court and has been remanded in custody. He is scheduled to appear at Harrow Crown Court on May 20 for further proceedings.
