Man faces gun charge after 'fight' in residential road

Two men have been charged after an alleged fight in Barking saw police swarm to a residential street. The Met Police were called to Oulton Crescent at 7.46pm on March 31 to reports of a fight.
They were supported by a Territorial Support Group van, a tactical unit specializing in responding to major crime scenes, counter-terrorism, and community safety. Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service also attended the scene.
Ahmed Monsur, 30, of Oulton Crescent, is facing charges of assault, criminal damage, and possession of a firearm. Islam Siddiqul, 35, of Mastmaker Road, Isle of Dogs, is also facing assault and criminal damage charges.
Both men have been bailed and are scheduled to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court at a later date. The Met Police are yet to confirm if the hospitalized person was involved in the incident.
