A man was arrested after allegedly attempting to shoplift from Tesco Express near Epsom station. He was verbally and physically aggressive, but then de-arrested after receiving a notice to leave.
Tesco Express did not want to investigate the incident further, leading to the closure of the investigation. The man was deemed aggressive towards staff by the British Transport Police.
