Havering tops the list as the London borough with the fastest speeding ticket, with a driver reaching a startling 144 mph, while Westminster and Brent follow closely behind with 115 mph and 114 mph top speeds, respectively.
Enfield and Redbridge tie for the fourth spot with drivers speeding at 111 mph, prompting a petition by 2,000 Enfield residents to address the issue, while Greenwich ranks sixth with a driver caught at 107 mph.
Southwark, Harrow, and Kensington and Chelsea record the lowest top speeds at 54 mph, 61 mph, and 65 mph, respectively.
