At approximately 15:55hrs on Wednesday, 3 January a marked police van was in collision with a female pedestrian in Bethnal Green Road, near the junction with Vallance Road, E2.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of several offences, including dangerous driving, failing to stop and attempted grievous bodily harm.
