Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service were called to the scene of a crash in East Ferry Road at 9.03pm yesterday. The pair were taken to hospital, with the girl in critical condition and the man in his 20s not in a life-threatening condition.
No arrests have been made and police have confirmed the driver of the car was not injured. The girl's next of kin have been informed and enquiries are ongoing.
