If you're at a loose end on Monday, head down to the London Dungeon and say 'Black Monday'* to staff when you buy your ticket for free entry - though only the first 20 people will be admitted for free, so get there pronto.
Why the Dungeon? The idea is that immersing yourself in the trials and tribulations of London past - plague, witchcraft, conspiracies, Sweeney Todd, Jack the Ripper, that kind of vibe - will make you realise that really, you haven't got it so bad after all, and you'll emerge out into the South Bank sunshine smiling and skipping. Or something like that.
