The letter outlined that the existing application should be evaluated comprehensively, stressing that the structural integrity of the flat blocks relies heavily on the bus garage's stability.
The potential risks presented by the large number of EV buses being housed in the basement are not fully understood, particularly following recent incidents with electric buses.
