Hassim Bayrak, a 69-year-old man with dementia, has been missing from Wembley for five days, prompting police and family to urge anyone with information to come forward.
Last seen on September 9, Hassim was wearing a bright blue jumper and navy blue trousers. His family fears he may not be able to identify himself due to his dementia.
