An underground station in Dagenham was closed for a police investigation after a report of blood and flesh being found on a platform. The suspected human flesh and blood was discovered at Becontree station in Gale Street this morning (April 18).
A spokesperson for the British Transport Police confirmed the closure, stating officers responded to reports of blood and what appeared to be human tissue on the platform. The investigation lasted over an hour, concluding the substance was not human.
