Videos show firefighters putting out flames after an electric rickshaw caught fire near Buckingham Palace. Greg Double described flames as about 4ft high.
Despite initial speculations about terrorism or protest, the fire was not treated as suspicious or deliberate, confirmed by the Metropolitan police and London fire brigade.
