The police investigation is ongoing, which has included obtaining CCTV footage that is central to this investigation. However we have been unable to make contact with two key witnesses who provided details to officers at the scene.
I am appealing for those two men to make contact with me. I also need to hear from anyone else who saw the incident but has yet to speak with police.
Thomas Murphy, 71, was an Irish national who lived in Maida Vale before he died in a crash at Kilburn High Road on November 25, 2023.
The driver of the lorry stopped near to the crash site a short time later and spoke to police, but there were no arrests.
