Detectives are investigating after a 27-year-old e-scooter rider died following a collision in east London's Woolwich Manor Way. The rider was found seriously injured and later died in the hospital on 14 May.
Rental electric scooters are the only legal option for riding on public roads in London, with fines for illegal use. The police did not confirm if the deceased rider was using a rental scooter.
