T he sentence handed out to serial sex offender David Carrick has prompted multiple requests to the Attorney General's Office to review the 32 year term.Carrick, one of the country's worst ever sex offenders, joined the Met in 2001 before becoming an armed officer with the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command in 2009.
