Dame Sarah Storey enters her first Games as Britain's greatest Paralympian, prepared for all eventualities, from weather challenges to health issues, thanks to her meticulous planning.
Storey's experience has taught her the importance of preparing for unexpected situations, as she stated, 'I'm prepared for all eventualities and that's the thing that Tokyo taught everybody.'
Reflecting on her competition experiences, Storey said, 'I've done plenty of wet rides, I live in the Peak District after all! Every day is mapped out.'
With 17 gold medals, Storey not only surpasses former swimmer Mike Kenny but also emphasizes that for her, success is about planning for unexpected changes.
