A silhouette of a large cat stretched on a billboard by Banksy in Edgware Road was removed by contractors for safety measures, drawing a crowd and police presence.
The police requested a black board covering for the cat artwork to prevent pedestrians from walking into the road; the billboard owner plans to donate it to an art gallery.
