This is to confirm that Ms O'Connor died of natural causes. The coroner has therefore ceased their involvement in her death.
Her death prompted an outpouring of grief from admirers including the taoiseach of her native Ireland... and the country's president Michael D Higgins hailed O'Connor's unique talent and extraordinary connection with her audience.
