The sacrifices and contributions made by the Windrush generation must never be forgotten. We are on the road to justice. We must not settle for second best; future generations must not go through this again. Some 50+ people have lost their lives, their losses must never be in vain.
The community does not trust the Home Office. It is the same directorate which runs the compensation scheme. We are calling for the compensation scheme to be totally revamped.
