Mustafa Hill, a homeless man, burgled the William Tansley Smith House retirement home seeking food, only taking a box of chocolate during his trespass.
During court proceedings, Hill expressed his regrets stating, "To be honest, I haven't got no excuse. I was living on the street," highlighting his struggle with homelessness.
