Peter Debenham, determined to support the Chartwell Cancer Trust after his 10K run was canceled, challenged himself to run 500km over three months, finding it much tougher than expected.

After returning from a holiday in America, Peter encountered a life-threatening situation when a fire broke out in his ninth-floor flat, prompting a perilous escape.
