Dylan Earl is accused of undertaking fraudulent activity, research, reconnaissance, and recruitment to assist a foreign intelligence service targeting UK activities, linked to the proscribed terrorist group the Wagner Group.
Earl allegedly organized and financed an arson attack on London businesses connected to Ukraine to benefit Russia. Other men like Paul English, Nii Mensah, Jake Reeves, and Dmitrijus Paulauska have been charged in connection.
Paul English and Nii Mensah face charges of aggravated arson, Jake Reeves is charged with accepting a material benefit from a foreign intelligence service and arson, while Dmitrijus Paulauska faces charges related to having information on terrorist acts.
The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed Earl's involvement in planning an arson attack on a Ukrainian-linked commercial property in March 2024, under the alleged activity for the Russian state.
