Two British men charged with helping Russian intelligence after arson attack on a Ukraine-linked business. Investigation led by Metropolitan Police counter-terrorism officers. The first charges under National Security Act 2023.
Charges do not specify targeted business owners, but they are two parcel delivery services: Oddisey and Meest UK owned by Mykhaylo Prykhodko and Jelena Boikova. Eight fire engines and 60 firefighters responded to the blaze.
