Two men have been charged - one with attempted murder - after a man was shot in Dagenham. Troy Eugene, 23, of Barking, was charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm, and Luke Parr, 23, of Dagenham, was charged with possession of ammunition and manufacturing firearms and ammo.
The wounded man had injuries assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing. A woman, 22, was also arrested earlier but has been bailed. Police appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
