An investigation has been launched after an ambulance car crashed into a set of railings in Abbey Wood. The car was seen embedded in the metal fencing outside Abbey Wood Funeral Care.
London Ambulance Service confirmed the vehicle was responding to an emergency call. No injuries were reported from the incident, and an internal investigation is ongoing.
