Leigh's, a new seasonal cafe in De Beauvoir, London, will officially open on January 15, 2025, after a soft launch in December.
Co-founders Melanie and McKenzie, both trained at Le Cordon Bleu, are shifting from marketing to hands-on roles in running their new cafe.
Leigh's will offer a menu that rotates based on seasonal ingredients, featuring breakfast items, toasties, cakes, and specialty coffees.
During the soft launch from December 13-15, guests can sample hot chocolate, filter coffee, and cakes to preview Leigh's menu.
