A 53-year-old man was arrested following a minivan collision in Liverpool that disrupted a triumphant soccer celebration, resulting in 47 injuries. Of these, four people are reported to be in very serious condition. Merseyside Police confirmed they do not classify the incident as terrorism, nor are they pursuing other suspects. The accident occurred after Liverpool Football Club's championship parade, when the vehicle struck fans celebrating in a narrow street. Thankfully, there were no fatalities reported and emergency services quickly responded to aid the injured, including children trapped beneath the van.
