Progressive advocates are calling for an end to legacy considerations in the college admissions process as the Supreme Court has indicated it is open to striking down a race-conscious admissions policy that advocates say has led to crucial advancements in equality in higher education.By the way, my Congressman, @JamaalBowmanNY, has a bill in Congress RIGHT NOW to ban legacy status from being used as a factor in college admissions.
