Hunter Biden played music from the band while using drugs and receiving a lap dance, according to testimony from exotic dancer Zoe Kestan.
Biden's defense team argued that when he checked 'no' on the question about substance abuse, he believed it was true, having just finished a stint in rehab.
Zoe Kestan testified that she felt 'really safe around him' while he played Fleet Foxes music.
Fleet Foxes' last album, Shore, came out in 2020, and the group will be playing Soundside Fest in September.
