Donald Trump blasts 'rigged trial and corrupt judge' as he is found guilty in Stormy Daniels hush money trial

Donald Trump became the first US president to be convicted of a crime on Thursday when a New York jury found him guilty of falsifying documents to cover up a payment to silence a porn star ahead of the 2016 election.

Outside the court, Trump blasted the judge as "corrupt" and said the trial was a "witch hunt" orchestrated by the "Biden administration".
