"We saw a historic pass rate in states that used ExamSoft for their bar exams," said Barbri, the company that makes ExamSoft.
"The decision seems quite contrary to well-established law... it's a very strange decision," said Mark Fenster, a professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
"I've sacrificed my entire life for the NRA... but I am prepared to do it again to protect the members of the NRA who are paying the price," said Joshua Powell, the former NRA lawyer.
