Garda continue to probe solicitor now faced with being struck off

A garda investigation into suspended solicitor Declan O'Callaghan and his former law firm remains open - almost six years after the president of the High Court directed matters be referred to relevant statutory authorities.

Gardaí have confirmed a probe into a solicitor and a former law firm in Co Roscommon is still live and that inquiries are ongoing.
