Cravath Announces Its New Partnership Class - And That Means A Bonus Announcement Is Next!

This year's Cravath partner class is larger than that of 2023, by nearly double, and is quite corporate heavy.

Six of the seven attorneys elevated to partner are in Cravath's corporate practice, including Isaac Beerman, Alexander Greenberg, Jackson Lam, Edward Minturn, Margaret Rallings and Sarah Rosen.

Cravath was one of the first longtime holdouts to cut bait and create a 'salaried partner tier' back in November 2023.

This partnership announcement means that the powers that be at the firm have already gathered to make one important decision, and there's just one more important decision left to be made: 2024's bonuses.
