James Corbett, 60, of Brockton, was arrested and arraigned in the West Roxbury division of Boston Municipal Court on multiple sex-related charges. Charges include trafficking a person under 18 for sexual servitude, aggravated rape of a child, child rape, and several counts of indecent assault and battery. The alleged assaults occurred between May 2018 and September 2024 and began when the victim was about 11 or 12. The victim reported forced showering, later sexual assaults, and payments including use of an Amazon account, gift cards, and cash. Corbett pleaded not guilty and was held at Suffolk County Jail on $25,000 bail.
