Biglaw Firm Says Blanket Mandated Office Policies Are A Mistake, Launches Remote Recruiting Effort
Briefly

Phoenix-founded Fennemore Craig is launching a program to hire lawyers in locations without offices, allowing full-time remote work.
"We think other firms are making a huge mistake by requiring everyone to come to the office, we want to take advantage of that," said Fennemore CEO, James Goodnow.
Remote positions at Fennemore Craig do not come with a salary cut; the firm is among a few offering full-time alternatives to in-person work.
There is hope that remote work will become a long-term norm, akin to a COVID oddity that endures post-pandemic.
