Appeals court blocks Biden's SAVE plan, Again

The three-judge panel from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit noted that the new SAVE plan is significantly broader than previous income-based repayment plans, enjoining the Education Department from certain actions under SAVE.
The Biden administration plans to fight the court order which prevents the Department of Education from carrying out the new income-driven repayment plan, intended to lower payments for low-income borrowers and provide quicker pathways to loan forgiveness.
