Every year on March 31, trans people and allies celebrate the International Trans Day of Visibility, acknowledging trans contributions and raising awareness.
The creation of TDOV was important to uplift trans communities, especially when the only focus was on Trans Day of Remembrance, mourning community members who had passed away.
