Jen Grosshandler, inspired by her daughter's transition, felt a lack of relatable positive narratives for trans youth. This motivated her and her husband to create the GenderCool Project to reset public perceptions.
The GenderCool Project aims to replace misinformation about transgender individuals with stories that portray their joy and success. Through personal narratives, Grosshandler and her team hope to reshape societal understanding.
