Trammell Crow has filed revised plans to build the eight-story building at 625 South Beacon Street, reducing its size but maintaining the number of residential units.
The revision includes cutting the building floor area from 338,000 square feet to 229,000 square feet, while the number of apartments will remain the same.
The project will feature a white and powder blue design with distinguished architectural elements such as protruding balconies and large corner windows.
Trammell Crow continues to expand its portfolio in San Pedro, already having developed the 134-unit Vivo on Harbor complex, showing a commitment to the area.
