National Real Estate Advisors received approval from the Los Angeles City Planning Commission for a 41-story residential tower over a 12-story parking garage in Downtown LA. Set to be among the tallest buildings in the city, the 53-story structure will feature 466 apartments, designed by Handel Architects with luxurious amenities, including a landscaped rooftop. Construction is expected to begin in 2027 and last until 2030. The project also includes a city improvement agreement for nearby 7th Street, responding to the recent closure of Macy's, a major tenant at The Bloc.
