The Dallas-based developer and New York-based investment firm secured a financing package for the Speedway Commerce Center, set to replace the now-closed NASCAR's Auto Club Speedway in Fontana.
In February last year, the developer acquired most of the 633-acre racetrack for over $559 million, paving the way for the current project at the Speedway Commerce Center under the oversight of CBRE brokers.
