Loans for $756M to Turn Fontana Speedway into Warehouses
Hillwood Investment Properties and CBRE Investment Management secure $756 million in construction loans for a warehouse project in Fontana, replacing a former stock car racetrack.
The project includes 6.6 million square feet of logistics warehouses, funded by a $575 million senior loan from Bank OZK and $200 million in mezzanine loans from BDT & MSD Partners.
