Lennar, a Miami-based developer, plans to construct a complex of 260 townhomes on over 16 acres in Torrance, transforming commercial buildings and a parking lot into residential space.
The project, named Fashion Square at Del Amo, will feature 37 four- and five-story buildings with various unit types and significant landscaping, including a private park and central courtyard.
Designed by KTGY and Woodley Architectural Group, the townhome complex will exhibit modern architectural elements with mustard-colored doors, fiber cement siding, and ample open spaces.
Pending approval, construction is projected to last 41 months, targeting the fast-growing residential demand near the Del Amo Fashion Center, a prominent shopping area.
