Ye's Malibu property, originally listed for $53 million in January and reduced to $39 million in April, was the largest contract in Los Angeles County luxury market. It requires restoration with 4,000 sq ft, four bedrooms, and five baths.
Despite being stripped of interior finishes, Ye's beachfront home, made of 1,200 tons of concrete and 200 tons of steel, attracted a buyer. The Eklund Weekly Luxury Report LA recorded 16 signed contracts in the $136.6 million total volume, with another top contract at Holmby Hills listed for $13.7 million.
