Gemdale USA is looking to offload an office campus in Calabasas for just $3 million more than it bought it for in 2021, listing it for $82 million, or roughly $364 per square foot.
Rising and Fortress acquired the building for $38 million in 2013 and sold it in 2021 when it was 92% leased, turning a profit. Gemdale USA took over the property with a $55 million loan.
