Cuales fueron las areas con mayor y menor numero de viviendas asequibles de Nueva York?
Briefly

The reality is that we have a housing crisis, but the South Bronx cannot bear the burden of affordable housing alone. We need all 51 city council districts to do their fair share.
According to the report, in the 10 districts that produced the most affordable housing, 70 percent of residents are Black or Latino, compared to 30 percent in the top-ranking districts.
The overall data is the same story we reported last time. We have communities of color in neighborhoods where land costs are lower, producing the majority of the housing.
