Continuum Partners has revised its ambitious Downtown Los Angeles project, reducing condo plans and adding more rental apartments, responding to community feedback and needs for housing.
The new plan will change the project structure to feature 1,444 apartments and 123 condos, adding affordable units, demonstrating a commitment to meet community housing needs.
In response to community concerns, the height of the residential high-rise has been reduced to 30 stories instead of 44, with ongoing dialogue helping to refine the project.
The 26-story tower addition will help ensure the development surpasses initial housing goals, providing more shelter amid a growing demand for rental units in Los Angeles.
